Chinese Kitty new music video “Boy Oh Boy” is so Harlem – and we love it! Chinese Kitty held her single release party for her latest song “Boy Oh Boy” and several heavy hitters popped out including Brooklyn’s own Fivio Foreign and Harlem Rapper and Actor Dave East.
Chinese Kitty’s music video, “Boy Oh Boy” features cameos of Jim Jones and Juelz Santana, half of The Diplomat members who are known as a huge Hip Hop collective with multiple hits. The Diplomat members include Jim Jones, Cam’Ron, Freeky Zekey and Juelz Santana. Chinese Kitty’s “Boy Oh Boy” samples Cam’Ron’s 2002 “Oh Boy” music video starring Juelz Santana. In fact, the scenes in “Boy Oh Boy” pay homage to the original song and visuals.
It’s nice to see Chinese Kitty put a female spin on the popular hit record adding a female perspective to the famous “Oh Boy” beat. To have both Jim Jones and Juelz Santana in the music video is a huge plus because it shows the legends themselves supporting and cosigning her use of the beat.
